  1. My phone is out of order and i have a bill due today and it is coming out of my account (ach). I would like to stop that as i did not have time to get the money there (into acct) and save a 36.00 nsf fee today and a possible 20.00 shutdown and restart fee. I will definately pay it tomorrow if i can save those fees. Thanks 3145469862

I can’t call since my phone was turned off even after spending a good couple of hours between At&t and T mobile after sim card in brand new Family mobile Concord didnt work , extremly dissappointed especially in John from T-mobile he Lied about cort process which left me with no phone service for the weekend. Family mobile from walmart also lied. Always make lazy associates from walmart make sure your phone works, as a disabled person who lives in a rural area it is horrible feeling being without phone service. returning phone on Monday

    re mobile 07974578860, unable to contact a member of your call center after being cut off earlier. Reason for call — unable to send or receive pictures and no internet access since 7th October. Please advise as early as possible as current situation is very unstisfactory

  8. I have not had phone service for the majority of today – 11-12-2013. My cell phone shows – Emergency calls only and the 611 does not go thru. We have no other way to speak with customer service since we do have a land line or other phone carrier to call your service. Please let us know what is going on with T Mobile and when the problem is expected to be fixed. Our coverage area is in zip code 80118.

  11. I have a galaxy exibit I owned for 15 month’s. I was calling Dish Network to hear my balance which I was going to pay my past due only (262.57)was full amunt , all of a sudden automated machine say’s 242.57 is being processed But I never even touched the keypad or phone now dish wont refund partial payment of something I never authorized I dont know if my phone has defect but somehow it initiated a payment and it taking funds from my bank account that I needed to pay my other bill’s What can T-mobile do so that this phone dont cost me money I cant afford to lose mistakingly unauthorized
